Granola

8 cups Rolled Oats

1/3 cup coconut sugar

2 cups nuts (I used walnut pieces and pumpkin seeds)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 ¼ tsp salt

¾ cup honey

¾ cup coconut oil

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt the coconut sugar and honey together then pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread out on a large cookie sheet with sides line with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 until browned. Check every 20 min and turn if needed. Could take up to an hour to bake. If you like clusters in your granola, let it cool first before putting in an airtight container.

Serve over yogurt and fruit or plain with milk.
