Easy Press-In Pie Crust

This is the perfect pie crust if you are like me and don’t like to roll out dough.
It is quick and easy and tastes great.

1 ¼ cups flour (all purpose or 1 ¾ cups fresh milled soft white)

1/3 cup oil

1 ½ tsps. Sugar

½ tsp salt

3 T milk

Mix all ingredients except milk with a fork. Then add milk and blend.

Press into a 9 or 10 inch greased pie plate.

Press the mixture up the sides of the pan first and then the bottom.
